I have been trying for months to get in touch with Dog Ear Publishing. I tried emails, with no reply, phone numbers are no longer in service and now I see the website has been taken down.
Haven't received royalty payments in some time. And now with the website down there is no chance of getting prints through production files.
What are authors to do about prints?
Dog Ear Publishing - Books
Dog Ear publishing has published my books for the last 4 years. Suddenly, none of their phone numbers or email addresses work. Their website is also appears to be shut down.
I can't get any of my production files to continue the printing of my book. I also haven't received any royalty payments for 2019.
It still shows that they are selling my book on Amazon.co. I have no idea how many other sites they may be selling it on, nor how many book stores may be sending in requests.
I placed an order for 500 paperback and 500 hardbound books in January of 2020. I received the paperback books in March, but have never received the hardbound copies.
I desperately need my production files so that I can continue to produce my book.
