CVS - Lack of follow up on rx refill orders

On 12/18/2021, I used my CVS app on my phone to order one of my prescription medications that the app said was available for refill. I placed the order at 4:30am and I immediately received an email confirmation from CVS saying they had received my refill request and would let me know when it was ready. I usually then receive a text message from them telling me the status of my refill request ("in process", "delayed due to lack of stock... more on order", or "refill ready for pickup"). I did not hear from them all day on Saturday 12/18. At 6:30pm on Saturday I called my CVS store to inquire about my refill, but the store was closed when it should have been open. I then opened my CVS app again to see if it said anything about the status of my refill request. Normally it would say "Refill in Process" or "Refill Ready for Pickup". It said nothing except it noted that I could order the prescription; it was if I never put the refill request in. This lack of appropriate communication and follow through by CVS pharmacy has always been an issue with them but lately it is getting worse. You never know when the store is open as it doesn't keep the advertised hours. At times another CVS store on the south side of town has been completely closed "due to staffing", so my store gets their customers and as a result, it is twice as busy and has to close its drive-thru because my store doesn't have enough staff to have someone to work the drive-thru window. My store is at 900 East Bristol Street in Elkhart Indiana. It should not be up to the patient/customer to do follow up. I should have the confidence that when I place a refill request, it is being taken care of. The burden of making sure things are working as they are intended should not be placed on the patient/customer. And how am I supposed to know when the store is open when they seem to keep such irregular hours. It's also obvious you have staffing issues. If you want to maintain any kind of reputation, you need to address all these issues like hiring staff, keep regular hours and communicate with your patients/customers.

Desired outcome: I need my refill request filled as I will be running out soon.
