I have been visiting this location for over 7 years and today was the last straw. I have order the same salad for that same amount of time (along with other things); and yes, if I'm paying for it I want it to be made the way that I enjoy it. I have never had a problem until today. The person making my salad, even though I paid for extra ingredients refused to make it that way. I asked for the manager and the manager was rude and refused to comply with my request. Instead she stated she would need me to get back in line and pay additional funds for my simple request that I have always received over these past 7 years. When I asked her why, she stated she just wasn't going to do it, but I could have my money back. I replied, that you would rather lose a sale and a loyal customer over the request (and payment) for extra dressing? She said she didn't care and yes. So I just want you to know I will never return. Desired outcome: I would appreciate a phone call as to how you feel the desired outcome should be. It was not only embarrassing but due to her refusal made me late for work with no lunch. [protected])
