Ford - service at fast lane

Reimbursement Needed: Vehicle was ordered from factory and delivered 08/31/2011. Ford technicians have serviced vehicle since birth. Home store (Hawk Ford) changed management and seasoned staff no longer work at this location. New staff completed oil change; overfilled reserviour and seized my engine. The new store confirmed the reservoir was overfilled and the engine was seized (there are no pictures). Had to tow it in and have engine replaced. All service has been done by Ford and on schedule - this engine should not lock up at 135, 000 miles (there was ~2, 800 miles left on the oil change). The oil was changed in late April, I had it towed in mid-June; I received it back July 3. I used a different store from the one I purchased at BECAUSE OF THE NEW STAFF. I no-longer trust them to service my only means of transportation. I need to discuss re-imbursing the cost of that engine. Case #[protected] was filed over the phone and I have not heard from Ford. I called today and each time, I got a CSR out of the country. I need to speak with someone at Detroit who is knowledgeable about Ford products. If I should be calling a different number, please tell me. If I need to complete a form, direct me where to get it. If I need to complain on social media, please let me know. Andrew Rodriguez, former service manager and his staff knew both of my vehicles (both purchased at Hawk Ford under previous owners) and I have NEVER had an issue with any work they have done. I need to locate Andrew for future servicing.
