Burger King

My name is Josiah Woods I was visiting Momence Burger King store number 07722 about a week back and got home only to discover my Hershey Sunday pie was missing, when I called it in the young lady I spoke to was very apologetic and she said I am sorry we are looking at your pie right here, he forgot to put it in the bag. She said I will make a note and you can get it when you com back. Took down my name and we got off the phone. When I returned to get it I order more food and told the cashier about my unfortunate event last time and asked for my pie. She got her manager and she very rudely came to the window, flat out refused and said she heard of no such thing and that's not the way she operates handed me my food herself and without saying anything else turned and walked away. I drove off in disbelief and decided to complain using survey, only to discover I was not given a receipt. I went back and requested my receipt they looked up my order and handed me my receipt only to discover it had no survey code on it. This took place on 11/30/2020 at approx. 1:52 pm my order number was 314 and my receipt does not have a host name on it.
