Americas Best Value Inn

I have been staying here and working at wood river refinery over the past 15 years on and off. I have always paid for a week at a time. I had just paid for another week and was only 2 days into the week when the refinery had issues with the unit we were to be working on. They pushed the project back for two weeks. I spoke to the front desk about refunding the rest of my week since we were checking out early. I was told that only the manager could do that. I left my number for the manager to call me. I called many times over the next week and a half to speak to the manager since he would not return a call to me. When I finally spoke with him he was very rude and very unprofessional. He cussed at me and called me names. He is very happy to steal your money. All wood river refinery workers need to stay away from this place since it is under new management
