Plants packaged & delivered in a plastic bag whereby causing most to be broken and/ or crushed. Called company speaking with supposedly, a supervisor, angie, who maintained they always ship in this manner and have had not had any problems. I asked for my monies paid to be returned. Was told I needed to return merchandise along with mailing label and they would assess the condition and if they were at fault. Now seriously — I just want my money returned, please. Attached are only 3 of the plants received in this condition plus the rose has all of its starter shoots broken off as seen on green plastic — not even within its bag.
