Dollar General - Termination

September 13th 2023 I was called into the office after Loss prevention and the District Manager had been at the store all day reviewing video. I was drilled by loss prevention for over an hour about a cash shortage even tho I had written up an employee for these cash shortages 3 seperate rimes but was not allowed to fire her. After I explained I did as I was supposed to and held the employee accountable for the cash shortages I was stopped from terminating the employee but asked why are they questioning me. I was then told I was suspended by my District Manager for wage and hour alteration on an employee I had previously terminated but the company chose to rehire. I was a store manager we alter time cards all the time I have hundreds of alterations on my own card before I became a store manager from previous managers I filed a dispute with the Alternative dispute resolution and waited for the outcome. I was then told that I was terminated for deposit policy violation and wage and hour what wait where did deposit policy violation come in at. I was never told anything about that. I have never had any disciplinary action before my entire time being with this company nothing not even a verbal. When I was promoted I was never sent to a training store for my training everyone at my store quit and the district manager went on vacation and I was forgot about. How can I violate a policy I never was trained on I was with this company for a year and a half how is not retaliation that an employee I fired then rehired by the company turns around and makes a false claim against me costing me my job?

Desired outcome: Not being held accountable for violating policy and proving retaliation.
