Aspen Dental

My wife went to the Aspen office in Algonquin, IL. on March 22-2023 she decided to have them do a partial for her. Rebecca breakfield took care of the bill after the insurance we would how about $1080.00 the first $578.00 would take care the deep cleaning and some other work and the removal of a tooth they did the deep cleaning in 2 sessions we don't know why and then some other work on two teeth. And $ 502.00 when the partial would be done we went in for the removal but they had a problem with their computers in the meanwhile my wife wasn't shore why they wanted to pull her tooth so she went to get a different opinion from 2 dentist they both said the tooth is ok so we cancelled the work from aspen I went to the office and talked to rebecca to go over the bill for some refund she said the computers are still down but I will get back to you by the first of june never heard from her I send her an email to the e mail she gave me no answer called a couple of times no answeri just would like to talk to someone about the bill and get a refund for us and the insurance money they got they charged for the removal out of the 578.00 thank you for your time Marguerite Grano
