McDonald's

Went through the drive through and ordered no onions, recieved a bag without my sandwhich and when corrected about it the store manager said she would fix it and minuites later had a younger male hand us our sack when we arrivee home we looked and there was a clear finger mark thru the ketchup and mustard and there was still onions on my sandwhich hanging off the side . When i called they were disrespectful and were not helpful , there names , so they said, were micheal and a young manager girl, this happened at approximately 9pm at mcdonalds in waterloo iowa off university. I want a refund, an apology, them repremended and a free meal as i frequent mcdonalds often and am a loyalty member.
