I have worked for dg for seven months now, and not once have I been late nor have I ever asked time off, deb the manager said two months ago she had plans for me to become a lead soon... Well come to find out she hired a girl that worked there three years ago and automatically she became new lead, that didn't work out, the fuel quit.. Two weeks later deb hires another new lead whom hasn't worked there for years! I'm pissed off! I know i'm a great asset for dg but going to put in apps elsewhere! Where i'm appreciated!
