On or about dec 8th 23 I went in and had impressions made. The tech there got the jell all over my face in my hair and on my clothes then she proceeded to go out in the hall and tell the other ladies what she did to me and said I could go home and take a shower they all were laughing. Then I had a appointment on the 3rd to come back they changed it to the 10th then they changed it to 19th then the 24th I ask why they said my dentures weren’t ready yet.i feel this has to do with the tech or some related issue they have with me..I was told by dentist they would be ready in a week because they were doing laser and doing it in office…

I went to Aspen to have my upper teeth removed and get dentures. What a mistake it has been. Over 10,000 in now. Charges are on there That no one can explain. They gave me one quote and when started it went well over the quote. My temporary dentures have broken and they have failed to want to repair them. Then they started the mold for my final dentures it has been a disaster as well. After the fourth mold to correct the issues with them, they said that I would just have to get use to them. They have a large overbite, cannot chew in them, they hurt, they are not straight inline, they keep falling out even with denture cream. On several appointment, I went for nothing, only to leave without seeing anyone. They say the technician is not there, keep pushing me off, not wanting to fix the problem. Like this morning, I have had this appointment for 2 months, I get there and wait for 30 minutes just for them to call me up to the desk to tell me they are going to reschedule. Late for work again, wasting my time. I have 2 sets of dentures that I cannot wear and have to walk around not being able to smile as I should. This is the biggest waste of my life. I will never recommend Aspen to no one. I have wasted my money and time. How would you feel if this was YOU, what would you want to happen. Very upset.
