Took my dog to banfield, saw dr. Kimberly franklin told her I had just lost my job to give us the cheapest antibiotic... Three times I told her my situation... She prescribes the most expensive... Went to my pharmacist who calls her to get an alternative to fill my prescription for my sick dog... She refuses over the phone to the pharmacist who proceeds to tell her in front of me of the other options available to my very sick dog... She still denies to change it... My pharmacist cant believe it and tells me she has never come across such a terrible person... Banfield should be ashamed of this kick back practice they are obviously having with drug companies... Shame, shame on them! Don't go to banfield go to a real vet with a heart!
