My power goes out every single time there’s a rumble of thunder. It’s to the point that I am praying “ please don’t go out, please don’t go out” every time I hear a rumble of thunder, if the wind is blowing slightly, if it’s sprinkling”. Why is their infrastructure so poor? I hate being in this monopoly. What billionaires are benefiting from this monopoly. If I had a choice I’d leave not in but before a heartbeat.
Desired outcome: They are overwhelmed with being a monopoly in so many areas that it is causing terrible experiences for trapped customers. They need to come up with a plan to better serve customers. Some elderly lives depend on it
