Ingles Markets

This morning, September 1 at 11:44 a.m. The manager is John Berryman and my cashier was Harry.

I tried to use my Aetna Benefits card and it was declined. My card has $150 balance on it for Over the Counter drugs and groceries. I was told Ingles does not participate with Aetna. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and have been coming to Ingles for over 30 years. I am appaled that Ingles doesn't accept this, but oh yes, they'll accept food stamps and EBT cards.

Please explain why Ingles does not help the senior citizens of their communities.
