Money keeps being taken out of my account for a membership I originally said I only wanted for one month, back in december 2019. I bought the membership for one month as a christmas gift to a family member, he only went that one month, but bodyplex has continued taking $30 a month even after calling multiple times and telling them I dont want the membership any longer, I needed it to be canceled, they tried telling me the family member whom I got the membership for was calling and telling them to continue and that wasn't true. I'm the cardholder, my name is the only name on the card and never okayed further transactions
