Some months ago I signed up online to become a member of the Haband Perks Program. I just examined my bank statement online and saw where $14.95 was being deducted from my account by that company without my knowledge. I did not know there was a charge to become a member of that program; I would like a REFUND all all of the monies that they have deducted from my bank account over the past several months! Can you help me?

I am having 14.95 taking out of my bank account without my authoration, also I am having a bunch (3) of magazines sent when I told your sales personal I did not want any magazines after I had put in a order. What kind of sales people do you have who cannot take no for a answer. D. W. NAYLOR 204503
