McDonald's - bad service
Every time I order mcdonalds from this particular mcdonalds I get screwed over. I always ask for a large dbl qtr pounder meal no pickles no onions add small onions. This tim I recieved a burger with bacon and no cheese. Wen I took it back they didnt make me a new burger they just took the bacon off and added cheese. I took it and found a slice of cheese missing... I was a manager woho tried to fix my order.
Every othe mc donalds is fine... They make my order perfectly except for the one in center clayton.
I would like someone to look into the situation.

Mcdonalds is constantly having to hire new people cause they slave drive the ones they have, and they have to start the training over..I worked at one when I was 16 and I remember them making me work alot of 14 hour days with no breaks.Trust me when say this: I agree with you and yes its there choice to work there but have you ever seen there managers yell at the employees? Its horrible ...From now on I would go in and order and check the order b4 you leave...
We have a McDonalds in Jasper Georgia Pickens County. They are forever having to ask you what you ordered at both windows. They added a second window and they could not even keep up with one. They just recently got their outside screens fixed so you could see what you were ordering. When you pull up to the second window they start handing you out all this food you did not even order. I hand it back to them and give them the receipt I was given at the first window. Then when we get home with it we either did not get part of what we ordered or we got part of some one elses order. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Sometimes the person handing you the order never even speaks to you they sling it out and close the window. We got shorted an order of fries one day when my daughter was with me and I knocked on the window my daughter just told the Mexican girl we needed another order of fries and she told the manager we wanted to speak to her. We told her we had not asked to speak to anyone that we just got shorted an order of fries and had asked for them.
