BodyPlex

My wife has a membership with the Bodyplex in Winder, GA. She has stated that the temperature in the gym (especially upstairs) has been in the mid 70’s with no AC or fans running. She has complained a few times but no changes. I am concerned about her and others having heat related emergencies because of an owner that is either too cheap to do anything or just doesn’t care about people. (Yet he has the money to buy a Lamborghini). I believed they think they can’t be held legally liable if someone gets seriously injured or dies because of their negligence.
