Allied Universal / Aus.com - Restrictions on access to w2 for a former employee

My basic contact information has not changed. I am a former employee the has moved out of state and cannot seem to get ahold of anyone pertaining to the access of my w2 form. The w2 hotline is a joke with all representatives are busy recited into the introduction. There is also a full mailbox so no one can leave a message. The w2 [protected]@ aus is not a url but instead directs you to the ehub login portal that I unfortunately don't have access to being a former employee. I reached out to my former supervisor which is the administrative client manager for the Atlanta district who could not help me because he doesn't have access to that information. The only information that has changed is my address and employment status. My name is Amanda Hoesli my employment identification number is 570466 my phone number is [protected] my email is [protected]@gmail.com and my new address is 255 centre street Springfield Ma, 01151 you can contact me via phone, email or by mail. I would like a response through any of these lines of communication and a prompt acknowledgment of this complaint would be greatly appreciated.

Desired outcome: Access to the copy of my W2 form/ W2 firm sent

Allied Universal / Aus.com - pay discrepancies

This is the second time in 1 year that my pay has been wrong. Not missing 1 or 2 hours, but 36-40 hours each time. I'm tired of it. It causes late fees and headaches. Not to mention that I get taxed twice when this happens. Notice that there's never a discrepancy with management's pay. Then have the audacity to tell you that you have to wait until the following week! Am I suppose to starve until then? Nobody ever takes responsibility for these mishaps. And they are terrible with responding. If you don't call them, they will not call you! I'm on the verge of submitting my 2 weeks notice because I can't afford to lose everything again behind someone else's incompetence!
