Steak 'n Shake

My family went to the Steak & Shake yesterday for lunch and we waited to be seated for 15 minutes while the Manager - Justin saw us and said one of the girls will seat you. There were 3 servers and they just looked at us like what do you want! Finally we were seated. It took another 15 minutes for one of the girls to take our drink order. Finally another 10 minutes and older woman came over like she did not want to be there...We ordered our food. Twenty minutes later the food came. Our burgers and fries were cold and tasted like old grease. I told her and she came back with 2 plates of fries which were apparently heated up. We did not eat them. My son paid the check and I asked our server to speak to the manager. Justin came over and I said to him you saw us standing there waiting to be seated and he said yes-then I told him that this place and the food was disgusting. The floors were dirty the tables were dirty and that I was going to report him. I feel we should be re-imbursed for the $26.10. we paid for that horrible service and meal. Thelma Tant [protected]
