Einstein Bros Bagels

All they wanted to do was chat. Food preparation area was filthy and I watched them wipe off stuff in to the containers. After what I saw, I told them I didn't want it but still had to pay for it. I will never go back, service and preparation was horrible.

I tried to call the health department later but was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, so you guys got lucky.
