Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Hello I was at the Sun City location on 4.22.23. and saw Karla there who did my hair. After a rough start with three girls joining in on my conversation, I ask several times for the price! It was quoted to me at $135 for color, $10.00 style, wax $20.00 (for two facial spots), because they used tweezers it would not be $30.? I accepted this.

I was never informed nor offered 20% for being a first time client. According to the website I was charged more for permanent color and was informed that the first color I had chosen could not be achieved even though I presented pictures where it was done previously by other salons.
Altogether I paid 180.00 (no haircut).
I called the salon and could not even leave a vm.
Before I file a dispute with my Bank I would like to hear back from someone please! Thank you, Nichell.
