Just wanted to let you know that I placed an order online and went to pick up my order. The phone rang and rang - so I had to go inside. I was greeted with a box full of masks, not a Hello or can I help you. I told her I wasn't wearing a mask, I ordered online and no one answered so I had to come in. Explained that I was there to have my order brought to my car. This is the second time I ordered online and had to go inside. I will not wear a mask - I am not sick and refuse to wear one to help people with their insecurities. If you offer online orders where we can pick up and have it brought to our car... you should have someone available to answer the phone. Also - maybe they should greet people with a Hello and not a box of masks. Some people also have medical exemptions and should not be forced to wear one. I do most of my shopping with my dogs at local stores that don't require masks. Again, if you offer a service where people don't have to go in the store you should have someone able to answer your phones. This is the SECOND time (and it's only my second order).
