Hello I am a customer at 2397 south French Ave in Sanford FL and I have a big issue with some of the employees in the store due to the fact that they are turning me away and tell me that they cannot take any cell phones or tablet from me because I know a person that goes to the same store and did a loan on a phone and I turned out to be locked and they informed me that since I know the person and we hang together that they cannot take any phones or tables from me because of that reason, which is very unreasonable and unfair due to the fact that had nothing to do with that loan transaction. I have never given them any phone that was locked or tablet that was no good. I was treated like crap and talked too very rude.
Desired outcome: staff to be educated on how to treat customers
