Somebody needs to contact me from corporate or management, I have been getting charged for services I have not been able to obtain and you guys continue to steal my money every month without me being able to schedule. I had my baby last year in june of 2022. A whole year later you still withdraw from my account. And tell me I cannot schedule over a missed payment of august 2022! I called you people to advise I was on maternity leave unpaid, for 3 months.
I still managed to have money in my account and no other payments have been missed.
I'm going to block you from my bank until you can either reimburse me for services I did not obtain.

Good afternoon,
I am emailing because I would like to know if it is possible to schedule my upcoming appointments for my laser hair removal sessions.
I had been pregnant and gave birth 06/06/2022, you guys have been charging me for a whole year and I have one missed payment for the month of august. I was on maternity leave with no pay and returned to work on august 15th 2022. I have proof from my employer that I had been on maternity leave with no pay up until the 15th of august. You charged for the month of september with no problems at all. I have been paying and not receiving services. One missed payment and no accommodations can be made? Where is the true customer service? How do you keep your customers? I want to receive my sessions that I have been paying for and possibly pay once I come in person.
Please advise,
I have been calling the coral springs location repeatedly and I get no answer from anyone there.
