My wife and I went to buy a car from Toyota of Orlando. I liked a used car that I saw over there, so I went to talk to the salesperson about it. The payment for that car turned out to be too expensive than what I expected ( even with my trade and 3K down.) They also had my credit report that includes all my credit history and score. So, The sales man suggested that I can do 39 month lease to buy on a new vehicle, I first turned down the idea, but later on with the integration of another salesman, I was convinced to sign the leasing contract (which occured around 12 at midnight, ) especially after they lowered the payment til $200/month. So, I signed the paper and took the car on the same night. 2 days later I was called in by one of the salesmen. So I showed up at the dealership, and here is the surprise; he told me that I cannot leave the dealership with the leased car because the bank wouldn't finance the car for me due to my credit score (600's), and I am a first time buyer. but I told him that he knew about what I have in my credit report, and he still closed the deal with me. but he was blaming me why I took the car that night. I spent over 4 hours talking to them about the situation without positive results. All this happened without hearing one apology word from anyone of them. Toyota of Orlando is not a place that someone could trust to deal with. their staff are incompetent, and that was the worst customer service that I have ever had. overall, they don't care about the dignity of their customers; all they see in you is money.
