Outback Steakhouse - Unethical behavior, rank meat

We (11 in our party) on Sunday October 28, 2018 @ 2:05pm we visited Your 4845 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando, Florida location. We were seated within 20 minutes which was fine with us. After we were seated we waited about 10 minutes and a waitress by the name of Amelia came to take our drink and food orders, after 20 more minutes we noticed no bread was brought to the table we had to ask the hostess that was seating another party about bread, she flippantly stated that oh I'm not your waitress, we all said to her we know that we're just asking can we have bread please! She walks off, 6 minutes later we are brought out fresh delicious bread and butter by another waitress we thanked her and waited for Amelia to come because we had no drinks, so after 11 more minutes we all received our drinks we thanked her, 17 minutes later our food arrives, my bloom onion petals were greasy dark brown and cold, and the hot wings so I waited until she served everyone and discreetly told her to please take them back I didn't want them at all, at this time my husband says to me here have my meat from my steak quesadilla, he doesn't eat meat and ordered that the steak be given to him on the side, I took one bite of the steak and spit it out in my napkin the steak was rank and sour I told me husband to smell it and we passed it around and everyone at the table smelled it and said that the meat was bad, if my husband ate meat this rank, stank and spoiled meat would have been in his quesadilla so he sent his meal back too, by this time my brother was complaining about his steak that was cooked to perfection but was 1/3 fat he ordered the bone in natural rib-eye steak, I called the waitress over but not before a took a few pieces off so that I could get tested at the health department (epidemiology) again to asked her to smell the meat she looked at me and flippantly said I eat here everyday and I know the cook and there is no way he would serve something like that I told her well then smell it; at this time she got out of character and was so rude to me that if I had not been a Pastor I would have told her off, I handed her the bowl of rank and spoiled meat and told her to take it back as well she flipped her hair, rolled her neck and walked off I was truly taken back by her attitude, we called her back to bring the dish of meat back because I was going to take a picture of the rancid meant but she continued to walk off, we called over another waitress and asked to for the manager on duty. We told her about our food and the rudeness of the waitress and she immediately began to condone this waitresses behavior by making excuses for her, we all looked at her as though she was from outer space, I told her whatever you do please don't send that waitress back to our table, at this time my brother begin to talk to her about his steak and all of the fat that was on the steak she told him that's the way the steaks are and he stated Miss we eat her almost every other Sunday and we have never had a complaint until today and my steaks are always perfect but today I have a problem with paying $30 for a steak that is 1/3 fat, my brother trimmed the fat off placed it on a plate and gave it to the manager, my sister in law also had a complaint about her coconut shrimp, my niece had a complaint about her steak that looked like a piece of charcoal. At this time I have nothing to eat I am afraid to even order anything else because I've heard horrid stories that when you complain cooks don't take kindly to that and may do something to your food, so my hubby and I sat there while everyone else ate and we drank our pop and we dared to ask for another. We love Outback but this experience was horrid. We feel that we should be compensated for being treated so bad and having to go to Red Lobster when we left there.
