Extended Stay America

I booked a 4 night stay the first two nights I was given a room that was out of service. I complained five minutes after walking in the room, moldy ac unit, messed up shower floor room phone not working electrical out lets not working rugs stained and nasty. The next day they were going to move me but when I arrived at 5pm the room was still a mess. They gave me a third room and there was a family still in the room. The assistant manager was cussing and swearing in front of me about her employees, unprofessional. I had to stay in the same room a second night.
