IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING A JOB HERE, BEWARE! THIS WORKPLACE FIRES ITS GOOD EMPLOYEES, THEY TREAT THOSE LOYAL TO THE COMPANY LIKE ###, THEY REWARD THE THIEVES AND THOSE WHO UNDERMINE THE COMPANY'S GOALS, THERE IS SO MUCH FAVORITISM AND DISCRIMINATION, IT'S JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!
IF YOU ALREADY ARE WORKING THERE, ANYONE INSIDE WILL BE QUICK TO TELL YOU THERE IS SO MUCH ###, INCOMPETENT MANAGERS WHO STEAL COMPANY ASSETS, SPECIALLY AT THE UPPER LEVELS AND THE THIRD SHIFT MANAGER AND EACH MANAGER HAS HIS/HER OWN PETS WHO ARE ALSO THEIR FRIENDS OUTSIDE THE JOB AND WHO ALWAYS GET THE PROMOTIONS AND PERKS AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY f*** UP, NEITHER NEVER GET FIRED, AND ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BLAME AND BE FIRED FOR THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE.
ONE PERFECT EXAMPLE IS THE HYPOCRISY AND WORDS THE MANAGERS TELL YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE AND HOW THEY AS WELL LIE TO THEIR CORPORATE SUPERIORS, FOR EXAMPLE, GENERAL MANAGER OF BURRIS ORLANDO, STACEY HAYES, STATES:
"Our primary focus is providing service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. We can provide this service by having the right people in the right seats on the bus. My desire is to provide the training and tools to our team members so we can exceed our customer’s expectations. Our team members are our # 1 asset. Customer loyalty begins with team member loyalty. We are committed to our customers to “Make it Happen”. Customers enjoy positive surprises." ALL THAT IS NOTHING BUT LIES BECAUSE THE TEAM MEMBERS ARE NOT THE #1 ASSET, THEIR OWN ### AND JOB PRIVILEGE IS, AND, THE ONLY POSITIVE SURPRISE THE CUSTOMERS HAVE IS THE NEWS THAT BURRIS IS PAYING FOR THE DAMAGED GOODS BECAUSE "SOME EVIL EMPLOYEE WAS DOING THE JOB WRONG" WHEN IN FACT THAT EMPLOYEE WAS SETUP FOR FAILURE, WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING OR SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE, BEING THE LAST ONE TO TOUCH FREIGHT ALREADY SCREWED UP BY OTHERS AND THEIR SOLUTION TO EVERYTHING IS FIRE SOMEONE AND BLAME ANYONE FOR THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE AND MISMANAGEMENT.
ALL THE MANAGERS HAVE EITHER THEIR BUDDY OR THEIR RELATIVE WORKING THERE AND IF YOU ARE NOT IN THAT LITTLE CIRCLE OF FRIENDS YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE AS GOOD AS FIRED.
AS FAR AS MANAGEMENT GOES, THERE ARE FEW GOOD EXCEPTIONS HERE AND THERE, BUT THESE, CHRIS, STACEY, TIFFANY, JOE TOWNSEND, CAMILO AND J D, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE ARE PIECES OF ### THE EXCREMENT OF ORLANDO CORPORATE.
SO WHEN YOU SEEK EMPLOYMENT IN ORLANDO I HONESTLY ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE YOU ARE BETTER OFF FINDING WORK FOR A LITTLE LESS MONEY ELSEWHERE ANYWHERE AND AVOID THE HEADACHE AND THE SHAME OF BEING FIRED, BEING TREATED LIKE YOU HAVE NO INTELLIGENCE AND LOWERED THAN WHAT YOU ARE REALLY WORTH, AND PUTTING SO MUCH TIME OF YOUR LIFE AND EFFORT AND DREAMS FOR NOTHING BECAUSE WHETHER YOU DO GOOD OR NOT DOES NOT MATTER, THEY WILL MAKE A REASON TO FIRE YOU EVEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE.
AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS PLACE, MAKE SURE YOU VOICE THE TRUTH, EXPOSE THEM AND STOP THEM FROM DESTROYING THE LIVES OF LOYAL GOOD EMPLOYEES AND HARDWORKING FAMILY MEN AND WOMEN BY FIRING THEM UNJUSTLY, AND THROWING FAMILIES INTO THE RANKS OF THE UNEMPLOYED AND INTO THE OCEAN OF UNCERTAINTY POVERTY AND HOMELESSNESS ONLY TO SATISFY THE EGO OF A FEW CORPORATE PIGS. MAY GOD REWARD THEM WITH THE SAME AND I HOPE SOMEONE IN CHARGE OF THOSE PEOPLE READS THIS AND DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
