Nielsen

With the covid-19 pandemic training with nielsen has gone to work at home which includes remote training. This whole concept is new to nielsen and the trainers. This is all very understandable given the pandemic, however selection of the trainer to provide the remote training is very important. After one and a half weeks of the 4 week training I resigned from the training and nielsen. The lead trainer that was selected was "rude," "demeaning," "unprofessional" and overall a "clown" with her antics in the attempt to make the training more comfortable. To add to this the whole training session was recorded! I do not feel this is a reflection of nielsen, however this does affect "the brand" nielsen to have such people presenting your training curriculum to new hires. Very unfortunate!
