Optimum

We purchased a 2020 Keystone Carbon back in May/June of 2021 at the Ocala Optimum RV location.
We asked to do a visual inspection of the roof and they denied us that due to liability but then stated that the Service Technician would walk it and take pictures and a video and send us a copy. They also claim and gloat that they make sure they seal all of the equipment and cracks on the roof before every unit goes off the lot. Well to make a long story short the Technician took a video from the ladder attached to the unit's far back driver side's top rung and never walked it or showed any seals around the equipment. He did state that they use a flexible self leveling seal before each unit goes out. He showed us the video from his phone and never sent that to us either.
Now there is major water damage and soft spot around a solar connection that was installed by the Manufacturer. I did check with the Manufacturer and it has a three year structural warranty that does transfer but they say it doesn't they are just too lazy and do not want to stand behind any work.
