La Quinta Inns & Suites reviews and complaints 1
View all 710 complaintsLa Quinta Inns & Suites - I am complaining about the lack of service and price gouging and not accommodating a handicapped person.
I made reservations for 3 nights in Expedia for 2 queen beds on the 1st Floor for handicapped wife for a price of $72.00 a night, but when I went into La Quinta the desk clerk would not honor the set price of $72.00 a night, he quoted us a price of $86.00 and when we informed him the we needed a first floor room not a 2nd floor, the desk clerk stated that the price for a 1st floor room would be $96.00 instead of the original Expedia and Hotwire prices of $72.00. We pleaded with him to give us the original price of $72.00. The owner of La Quinta a (Middle Eastern) gentleman in the lobby while this situation was occurring with us, a U.S. Army Veteran that served during the war in Iraq and my wife which is handicapped and did not do nothing at all to alleviate the situation. We have always used La Quinta hotels all our lives but as of this day, we all never ever us or set foot on any of these hotel franchises. And May the Lord Jesus Christ forgive you for the injustice that the desk clerk and you the owner treated us with do to the fact that we are of Hispanic decent, Amen 🙏🏽
