The products which I have received are not properly sealed and packaged. I have reported the same to the customer service representative Emma. She tried very hard to make sense and the product which they delivered was genuine. And started arguing that I have thrown the product packages into the trash. I got the package on saturday. I tried to speak with them on the same day when I have received the package. I could not as they were not available on weekends. I tried on monday and she tried to tell me that I have used the products and thrown my packages into the trash. Never had this kind of experience with a customer service representative. I have placed many similar items from other websites that are good and genuine and I was never disappointed. This was the first time I have placed my order from thebeautyplace.com which is absolutely fraud and fake. Please stay away from this website and do not waste your hard-earned money. If there was an option I could have given a zero-star to this fake website.
