To whom it may concern,

I was recently diagnosed with COVID and Erika W. at your Highway 92 location in Lakeland, Florida is withholding a prescription that I desperately need. The prescription is ivermectin. This isn't the first time that she has been rude and belligerent. Her attitude is the worst of anyone that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

My question to Walgreens is this. If the end result of this pharmacist not supplying the medication I need, is hospitalization or, god forbid, death, are you prepared for the lawsuit that I will be bringing against your company?

This isn't the first time Erika has withheld medication. Roughly 5 years ago, she withheld a simple water pill. She seems to be on a power trip, and she's blatantly and outwardly racist. I have all of this very well documented on camera. I'll ask again, is Walgreens prepared for the lawsuit that I will be bringing against your company for employing such an individual as Erika W?

I demand something be done about this, and a reprimand will not suffice. She needs to be terminated and have her license removed! All you need to do is look at your reviews concerning this foul individual.

I'll expect a phone call from someone concerning this matter. If not, my attorney will be taking legal action.
