To Start, I wrote this review as a villa owner using rentyl to managed my property. I want to be clear that this review is only against rentyl and not margaritaville. Before we bought our villa we fall in love with the resort, hôtel and facility! A little paradise next to the park! When we buy our villa, the builder strongly recommended to use Rentyl as a management company so we did! Even if they was the most expensive! They have DESTROYED our dreams as our investment! It’s been a NIGHTMARE
1) it was only rented an average of 7 days since January 1! O days since July 16.
2) doubles charge us fees and utilities without looking
3) over charge for water bill for $1350 unstead $70… and take 4 months to fix it
4) we found damage furniture, broken pieces and have never been informed but they left as it is but off courses charge Renter…and off courses, they wait for us to found out for taking care of it.
We wishes to get out of our contract with them but Rentyl put a close in the contract that say you have to give them 12 months notice …so they will not rent the house for 12 months… it’s abusif especially looking at the performance and service we got!
We Love our house but strongly encourage people to use another company to rent or manage them property. We love our villa and the resort but we deeply regret to use Rentyl!
