Hi, my wife and I had dinner on June 6th at Bahama Breeze on Hwy West 192. I had the BBQ ribs and my wife had the plantain plate, both were very good. However, on my way home, I started to develop a sore throat from the ribs, which turned into a serious cough with phlegm. I had to go to the emergency room at Orlando Health Care on Hwy 27 for treatment on June 9th. I am still coughing. I believe it was the sauce from the ribs that made me sick.
I'm not sure if someone who was sick may have coughed on my meal before it was served, but now I am sick with a cough and phlegm.
The meal itself cost $54.00, and the emergency room visit cost $90.00, plus I had to spend $35.00 on prescriptions at Publix to get them filled.
The service at Bahama Breeze was very good, and the meal was enjoyable. We are local residents and have visited Bahama Breeze frequently. I believe I got sick from something in the ribs, though I'm not sure why.
I was wondering if there is anything you can do to assist with these bills?

Desired outcome: help with the Bills and ckeck to see if anyone had a cold or flue that night.
