Hello,
I am currently at Dave & Busters in Dolphin mall in Florida, instead of having a good time I am writing a complaint because the customer service here is absolutely AWFUL. I work in customer service and have never seen such a rude employment crew in my life. Asked for a refund 2 secs after paying $76 and realizing there was a better offer & sales rep said I could not get a refund nor exchange..? Then later after forcing myself to have a good time and play the games, I ask a waitress if I could get food. She responded by telling me to sit down, I sat down and waited 20 mins, I then went to the bar and sat down to ask someone to get me a server, whole entire bar crew looked at me and no one approached, finally someone attended to me 5 mins later once I sat back down at the table. Not a single kind human emotion was given to me today and I was looking forward to spending time with my dad and sister who just got back in town. Customer service AWFULLLLL!
