Lowe's

I started in March and was trying to buy shower doors as the sale on the doors I wanted were on sale. I was informed that I would have to have a tech come to my house to measure, I paid for that and didn‘t hear back. I was told they were busy. After. weeks he finally called Klaus came out to measure and said the store would call me back. Not hearing back I went to the store in the plumbing department and lold that they didn't have an installation department. Finally another Lowes rep told me go to a different department. I went there and was written up this was now April 21. What I wanted was the Sapphireseries in brushed nickel to match my other pieces. Then I was told the installation was over $500. I was surprised at the amount and said so and was told that was it, did I want it. I said yes and we signed. Again I kept calling and was finally giving a date Jun 7th. Klaus the same guy that measured picked up the doors and came to install. He was in and out in less than 2 hours. He left and The installation was fine but the doors were chrome not brushed nickel.
I have purchased several installed items from Lowes in the past but no more. I still use your store because of its convenience.
