I am a traveling nurse, booked this hotel over booking.com, wrong check in date, immediately called to rectify. Spoke to Helena who basically told me nobody was available, nothing she could do, too bad. She also stated booking was cancelled, however, when I checked on my app (booking.com) it was not. I then cancelled total booking on my end just to be shore. Called back following day. Spoke to a john, asked for a manager, guess what... None available again. He did give me a name, (Bella) who knows if that's accurate. Clearly this company has no problem taking money and losing potential business clients. Customer service lacks.
Such a shame this kind of behavior is tolerated and accepted. No ramifications at all. Helena was right, too bad. My business is lost and my review or recommendation is null and void and I actually never stepped foot on the premises... That says something.

Days Inn - Hotel
I checked into days inn late t night. I was very tired when I arrived and went straight to sleep. In the morning I noticed there was blood all over the room.
I tried to get reimbursed for the $63 dollars that I spent but the hotel staff refused to do so. Upon further inspection I also noticed what appeared to be semen stains in the bed though I failed to get any decent photos. I paid for the room with the last of the cash I had and I am quite dissatisfied with unhealthy and disgusting nature of my room. I chose this hotel with assumption that, as a higher class hotel I wouldn't have to deal with blood, semen or bed bugs. I could have saved myself roughly $30 dollars by going to a lesser competitor and shall do so for the remainder of my vacation here in fort pierce florida. I am expecting contact and a return of my funds.
