Extended Stay America

Hi I am staying at the the Extended Stay America at 5700 Reese Rd Davie, Fl 33314 which used to be WoodSprings Suites the service has gone down hill and the rates are outrageous they are charging a nightly rate for a weekly rate, monthly payment so we are paying a $100.00 a day on payment of monthly they are advertising it’s affordable which is false advertising this rate is almost nightly now they are not giving out toilet paper the cable has been down for days the roaches are coming around since they don’t spray once a week the building I have called the corporate office the phone taker stating District or regional manger will call no calls it’s been two months. They don’t do background checks on these people, I heard from neighbors in the building the police are investigating people in the building there have been many car brake ins, drug dealers they are charging outrageous prices on a extended stay rate rated 1 review hotel me and many other customers here are going to report them to the heath department and for price gouging for services we are not getting this is not a 5 star hotel it’s a 1 star hotel on a 5 star price.
