My husband and I and the kids went to the store to order a dining table, chairs and a table for the living room. We specifically asked for something that helped us a few weeks before and we closed the deal with her. In the transaction we paid a large part of the money in cash and the difference in credit. We did not notice that she did not bring us a receipt of the cash and included only the credit in the receipt. Please note that we received a surplus on the cash. Today we were supposed to get our commitment and a casting engagement to why we didn't get it and I had to say some of the money we didn't pay. My husband told her that we paid him everything and the difference in cash and we got a surplus on that and I was looking to talk to my principal. Then they came back to us claiming that you would not leave the cash receipt so that you could not find it. This is theft ! Shilman all the money and the role of such a large company to develop cameras and check the cash register of that day and see that there is extra money is an answer that plans from responsibility ! This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life ! I request that you contact me as soon as possible and that you check with the store's cameras and also at your checkout that you received all the money.
