Injury complaint, date 3/29/21 approximately 1:15 P.M. store is located 2940 S Mcall Rd Englewood, FLA
Spoke with day mgr Brian AT 8: 07 AM 3/30 he said he would forward to the correct department. I also
spoke with your customer relations department Reference [protected] Pam who said she will be sure that my information is
is forwarded to correct department. I do have photos of the severe bruising both last night and worse yet today.
I am icing and taking Tylenol which I had to do all night.

The carts are clearly too close to the hand sanitizer stand because when you pull the carts out what happened
to me with the wheel cover to outside attachment can grab or hit one's foot.

We are residents in the area, frequent this Walgreens once or twice a week and staff know us. I want this problem
corrected for others as I am 77 and others in this area are older and I don't want this to happen to someone else.
However, this injury is causing me discomfort and pain. I am not into lawyers but if needed I will contact one.
