I am a 78 year old female and my friend is 74. We went to FS in Dunedin, Fl and had a terrible stylist. His attitude we uncalled for, he dropped combs on the floor and left us two different times to go into the back room. We waited for him to come out of the back room when we first got there and waited 15 minutes to even start a haircut. No thank you no Hello no nothing. He needs to be removed from that store. We will never go back there again. We do not need to be treated that way when we are paying for a service.
Desired outcome: Get rid of him. He is the worst of the worst.
