I first went to this store because my check engine light was on. So I asked jeff if he would check it with the tester he got to door and became angry because I parked on the west side of the store parking lot where it was shaded. But he checked it and I left. That was about four months ago. 9/1/23. I ordered a small generator about 40 pounds. To this store ups pick up. I stopped by the store to see if it was there jeff told me in a rude way that they only accepted small packages that would fit on the shelf. So I left confused. I then found the ups truck and asked the driver eric if he knew anything he said he just deliverd it so I went back to the store and got it it was another employee who helped me I didnt see jeff. I then ordered another generator 9/4/23 and went to the store when I thought it was going to be there. I spoke to jeff and told him I had ordered another one and asked is that ok with you he said yes. So when I came back to the store to get it he was looking at the screen ignoring me. So I said hey have you seen that generator. He doesnt say anything he looks angry and goes in the back and comes back out carrying it by the plastic bands and drops it almost slamming on the floor. And says I dont have time for this [censored]. So I told him hey I paid for that and you just slammed it on the floor another employee brought it out for me his name is austin he told me he worked there 2 days and he noticed something about this guy... The second generator is damaged it has a hole in the side of the box. The casing on it is cracked in 4 different places it doesnt start. I think jeff did the damage I think he kicked it. I dont know why I was nice to him I did not lose my cool with him until he dropped my generator. Who wouldnt. This guy has anger issues you are loosing customers... He owes me a new generator.
