We called the number online regarding an already build 2017 home, Zillow, Realtor.com... when, in fact the address agent gave us was the model center and he also said he was the builder speaking on the phone with us. We made an appointment time to meet and the address was indeed the model home and there was no home 2017 already built Sales agent was very helpful when we arrived, she even asked me for my phone to show her the number of the sales agent and spoke with him.

Home Builder not conducting business worthy of trust My brand new home. That I can't invite any one over to see. New construction issues Guivarch and Genevieve Villette are complaining about master bedroom floor and master bedroom bath tup defects.
