On Tuesday, 11/10/15 i picked up the last of my order a range hood When i got home and installed it the light worked but the fan did not i called my salesman Marino. He informed me that they would have to send out a repair man When they called me back they said it could not be done until Tuesday 11/18/15 i informed them it was not acceptable since i just bought and took delivery on Thursday before of a refrigerator stove, dishwasher and microwave to the tune of $3800.And this is not how you treat a good customer. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was off With in 5 minutes of hanging up the manager called me back (he called from the store according to caller id)i told him that 8 days was not acceptable and wanted a new hood He said they couldn't do that because it was store policy When i told him this is not how you treat a customer he told me he didn't have to do anything I am so sorry i bought these appliance and sorry from them
