A little over a month ago I was in HT in N.C. and had the chance to experience your Thursday/Prime Rib Dinner. It was to die for. When I returned home to Maryland, I told a lot of people about it. I made a special trip to HT, Store #383, Sept 14, 2023 at 401 M St, NW Washington DC on a Thursday to buy 6 Prime Rib dinners because that was the closest HT with Special Event. My store in Bowie Md does not have Special Event. I do not know why because there is enough space and it would be a great access to us seniors and more!

When I got to Store 383, at 3:25 pm, I was told I had to come back at 4. So I shopped in store until 4. I went back to special Event and stood there for 15

minutes, before someone in the deli asked if they could help me. I explained someone told me to come back at 4pm to get the Prime rib dinners. It was 2 end pieces on cutting board at 3:25pm and still there at 4pm. I was told, you are lucky because this is all that's left. I told her I wanted 6 dinners. She said there is no more Prime rib, none left. I can have the 2 end pieces and get veggies off hot bar. I was so upset, because I drove from Bowie Md to DC and it took me over 1 hour, and I waited for 4pm and no more prime rib but they started again at 4pm. The 3 Persons in deli was leaving to go home and did not care about what I wanted or needed at 4pm. I took the 2 ends, got veggies and paid for my food and left. The other 5 people was upset also, no prime rib dinners for them.
