Academy Bank

I went in to deposit a check from my mother, deposit cash as well. On 11-30-20. At approximately 10:15 a.m. The teller advised me first off, "that she didn't have a cash drawer, and can't accept cash!" Then she questions me about my mother's check. "What is this check for?" I told her it's from my mother. She then calls my mother to verify the check. She hangs up immediately, and tells me the check doesn't have my mother's signature, and refuses me any service. I went to the north side Academy Bank 10 miles away, with no problem made my deposit! I'm African American Male, and have been banking there several years and I've Never been treated so suspect! This was at the Walmart on Pueblo Blvd in Pueblo, Colorado.
