I checked into Baymont in Denver Co on Jan 24th and checked out the next morning due to waking up and seeing bed bugs. I went downstairs to talk to the man at the desk and he said he would cancel the reservation. A week has went by the money was still taken off for the stay. I have been calling the hotel for days and everyone I speak to say that I need to speak to a manager. On jan 31st, I called to speak to the manager and some lady asked if she could help and I told her what I was told. She got mad and started yelling and I started back yelling to and then she hung up on me. I called back and another lady asked and I asked for the lady name that I just talked to that hung up on me and she said that she did not know what I was talking about and said that she was the only on there. I heard the lady in the background yelling and asked what was her name. Then another man got on the phone and said that he wasn’t going to refund my money even though the man that day already said that he would.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and apology.
